skin allergies

We all have some kind of skin problems or the other and there are various factors which give rise to this.. It can be due to exposure to the sun, allergy due to some kinds of food and even by pets or dust ..
The skin turns dry, scaly, itchy often leading to oozing of the blood . These allergies can erupt in any part of the body .. What is the treatment of allergies .. is there a permament cure for it?
